Day Two: The Business of Teamwork

How much rests on the shoulders of the direct supervisor? • Coaches create the team climate; team climate determines productivity. • A simple symbol explains the main reason people do not reach their full potential. Module 5 - Developing Your Team • Build team trust • 7 tips on leading a team of high performers • The one most important leadership skill of all - clear communication • Encourage team members to take more responsibility • How to recognise when employees really are overworked • The OK Not OK Matrix Optional Module 6 - Case Study This case study is customised to your organisational environment. It poses several questions around the everyday issues participants face. Working in table groups, workable solutions are sought using new learnings from this workshop and each person’s own wisdom and experience. There will be a group debrief. NOTE: If Module 6 - Case Study is included, this means other content will be deleted, as chosen by the client and in consultation with Australian Academy of Leadership (AAoL). |
